Train information
Approach presents timetable and live-running information from third-party rail data sources. It is not an official train operator or ticket retailer. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; always follow station staff, operator announcements, and safety instructions.
Approach Plus
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your App Store account and manages cancellation, renewal, and refunds. You can restore eligible purchases or manage a subscription from the app or your Apple account. Current price and billing period are shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or use the service to interfere with rail systems or other users. Access may be restricted to protect availability and data licences.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or journey outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
